Founding product designer of Nuvflo, an agent that finds and recovers money businesses leak to failed payments, chargebacks, and billing errors. It detects recoverable charges, drafts from real evidence, sends from the user's own inbox, follows up, and escalates to a human — with approvals, an activity log, and compliance guardrails.
